- Reduced Cost Spay Neuter Voucher Note: Do not take the voucher to your appointment. The voucher must be submitted to the vet clinic by the HSO. Please fill out the voucher - mail it to: 1020 S. One Mile Rd. Fayetteville, AR 72704. We will fax a copy to the vet clinic that is listed on the voucher. We must sign the voucher. If the voucher isn't signed by an HSO representative, the voucher will be invalid.
This program provides assistance to pet owners who cannot afford emergency treatment for their pet.
This program provides grants to area shelters and rescue organizations in the Northwest Arkansas area for projects and special needs that may fall outside of their annual budgets.
The HSO monitors animal cruelty cases in close partnership with city and county Animal Control Officers and provides educational presentations for children and adult audiences about combating animal cruelty.
